of the company

is required for autonomous heating systems powered by gas

form) - Valid identity card or passport
- Valid residence permit or, if expired for more than 60 days, the postal receipt of renewal
request or residence card/EC residence permit for long-term residents.
What are the accomodation requirements in order to get the certificate of housing suitability
Usable floor area per person:
1 person =14 m2
2 people =28 m2
3 people = 42 m2
4 people = 56 m2
For each person after the fourth = 10 mq more.
For single-room accommodations:
1 person – 28 m2 (including the bathroom)
2 people – 38 m2 (including the bathroom)
Minimum heights:
The accommodations must have a minimum internal height of 2.70 m, which can be derogated from 2.40 m for the bathrooms and 2.10 m for halls, corridors and closets.
Aero-lighting and healthiness of the environments:
The main rooms (living room, kitchen, bedroom, etc.) must have windows that can be
opened, the bathrooms must have (if without windows) a mechanical aspiration system.
The rooms have to be dry, free of mould, absence of condensation and infiltrations.
Minimum equipment:
The kitchen, in case of use of combustion devices, must be equipped with a permanent air
intake towards the outside and a tap for the gas closing inside the accommodation.
The accommodations must be equipped with an autonomous or centralized heating
system. In case of independent gas heating system, it is necessary to have the maintenance
booklet with the latest revision of the smoke
The bathrooms must be equipped with all sanitary fixtures, so: toilet, bidet, bathtub and/or
shower and sink.
The room containing the toilet must be disengaged from the room containing the hob/cooker.
Facilities:
For the release of the assessment of health and hygiene requirements for housing
suitability, it is necessary to have the following documentation:
-Declaration of conformity of the electrical system;
– Declaration of conformity of the gas system (if present).
